It seems to be a known thing that Fitbit has better sleep detection/interpretation than Garmin, but can anyone explain WHY? I recently bought a Venu, but still have a functioning Charge 4.
Thinking about buying a new Fitbit. What's the best of them all nowadays? I have currently Fitbit Ionic which is quite good but is there a better alternative? Versa 3 or Sense?
